Fashion for All
Combining the best of resort wear with high-end fabrics and unique silhouettes, desert style jumps effortlessly between day and night, casual and glam, lived in and perfectly polished. All of that — and more — awaits shoppers on El Paseo, where acclaimed brands like Bottega Veneta and Louis Vuitton stand alongside local favorites including Earth Spirits, Riga, and BG’s El Paseo. Men will find dapper options at 120% Lino, Vince, and Tommy Bahama, while the littlest ones will flip over The Lumpy Bunny and Janie and Jack.
Finesse Your Look
Embracing a new aesthetic is easy on El Paseo, where expert stylists and retailers cultivate a highly personalized shopping experience for clients. “One of the greatest moments for me is when somebody tries something on, and they say, ‘I never would’ve picked that out, and I love it,’ ” says Chrissy Armstrong of Chrissy’s on El Paseo.
Neutrals reign at House of Lolo. Sparkle and athleisure align at Grayse. California cool takes center stage at Trina Turk and Blonde Clothing Boutique. A mix of designers awaits at Saks Fifth Avenue, located in the middle of it all at The Gardens on El Paseo.
An Artisan Touch
Many stores on El Paseo uplift artisan designers and embrace a small-batch mindset, which means it’s easy to go home with something special. Rancho Relaxo stocks a variety of items from emerging talent and regularly collaborates with local artists. Summer Colony Living blends pieces from up-and-comers with well-known names like Vera Wang. “One common comment from our customers,” owner Debra Carrington shares, “is that they come to Summer Colony to find things they can’t find any place else.”
Down the street, Dominique Cohen specializes in custom touches like ice-dyed fabric and made-to-measure hats with fine embroidery and burn motifs. “Everything we do is handcrafted,” Cohen says.
