Join two-time James Beard Award–winning pastry chef Gale Gand for
another of her informative and delicious classes.

Learn how chocolate and cinnamon are grown, harvested, and transformed
into exotic ingredients for cooking and baking. Then move to the
demonstration kitchen for a cooking class using both of these
ingredients. Tastings, and spice samples to take home, are included!
Attendance is limited to the first 30.
